Here are instructions on how to take your measurements. It is best to have some one else measure for you.

You may consider visiting a local tailor or seamstress to take your measurements for you.

BUST: With a bra on, measure the fullest part of your bust with the tape under your arms. Keep the tape straight across the back. This is not your bra size.

WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist. Keep the tape snug but comfortably loose.

SHOULDER WIDTH: Measure straight across your back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.

SLEEVE LENGTH: Measure straight down the arm from the shoulder seam to the wrist. Measure further down the hand for a longer sleeve, if desired.

HIPS: With legs & feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips.
